Located at 2333 W Chicago Ave, Chicago, IL 60622, Grand Smiles (We accept Medicaid) operates as a dental clinic serving Chicago in Illinois. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
In Chicago, popular practices book routine cleanings weeks ahead, so call early or ask to be put on a cancellation list; emergency and walk-in clinics are the exception. Across Illinois, a new-patient exam with X-rays and a cleaning typically runs from about $150 to $350 without insurance, and many offices publish new-patient specials on their websites. Check the listing for hours, whether the office takes your insurance or Medicaid, languages spoken, wheelchair access and parking, then confirm by phone: insurance networks and providers change more often than the listings do.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. Typical hours are 8 amβ4 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (773) 500-0256. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is grandsmiles.org, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 309 reviews, which is a strong result for a dental clinic in Chicago and suggests consistent service.
Chicago is in Illinois, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Chicago is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Illinois's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Dear Dr. Eric, Dr. Danil, and the third doctor whose name I unfortunately did not remember, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your professionalism, kindness, and caring attitude during my childβs treatment. Thanks to your patience, friendliness, and ability to make children feel comfortable, visiting the dentist becomes a positive experience instead of something scary. Thank you for the high-quality treatment, warm atmosphere, and genuine care for your young patients. It is wonderful to see doctors who truly love their work and treat children with such attention and compassion. Wishing you good health, continued success, and many grateful patients!

Such a wonderful place ! I called last minute and got an appointment in for the next day as a new patient. From the front staff to the assistant to the Doc ππ½ They have wonderful tactics to reduce anxiety and made my son feel βin controlβ like the three-nager that he is by letting him hold the tools first ,then asking for their turn( to do thier jobs lol ) and efficiently got things done without my intervention and a smile on my toddlers face the entire time ! Street parking was convenient. The lobby had some entertainment (no screens which I really liked ) for the kiddos to keep themselves entertained while you check in.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. We had to cancel our appointment on the same day due to an unexpected situation. We understand the clinicβs policy requires two daysβ notice, and we sincerely apologized, explaining that sometimes these things happen to anyone. Instead of offering a reasonable solution (such as the $50 cancellation fee stated in their policy), the clinic decided to βpunishβ us by allowing future appointments only in the morning. This is completely unrealistic, as our child is at school in the mornings. They categorically refused to offer any midday or afternoon appointments. The staff was not friendly, not understanding, and handled the situation in an extremely inflexible and unprofessional manner. Policies are important, but so are common sense, courtesy, and patient care β especially when children are involved. We do not recommend this dental clinic.
